U.S. Residential Group LLC - a national full-service, fee-based multifamily management company - has been selected by five different investment groups to manage their recent multifamily acquisitions in Texas and California.

A New York based private real estate investment company with over 10,000 units chose U.S. Residential to manage its recent LIHTC apartment acquisition in Dallas. 

A Los Angeles based investment and development company with over 11,000 units engaged U.S. Residential to manage its two acquisitions: a 250 unit LIHTC community located in Sacramento, CA, and a 160 unit market-rate property in Dallas, TX.

A private real estate investment group based in Dallas partnered with an $18 billion institutional investment adviser and chose U.S. Residential to manage its recent apartment acquisition in Grand Prairie, TX (a suburb of Dallas).

A Texas based development company selected U.S. Residential to lease-up and manage its new state-of-the-art senior community in Houston, Texas. 

An institutional real estate investment group based in New York City hired U.S Residential to manage its acquisition of a 259 unit market-rate property in Houston, Texas.
