Two investment groups specializing in affordable housing communities through project-based section 8 and LIHTC programs chose U.S. Residential for their properties in the Seattle area of Washington, in Sacramento and San Luis Obispo, California, and in Carson City and Reno, Nevada.
Two other real estate groups tapped USRG to manage their market-rate communities in the Inland Empire area of California, and in Chicago, Illinois.
Lastly, an institutional real estate investment management group selected USRG to manage its recent student-oriented apartment community in Richmond, Virginia.
