U.S. Residential Group Adds 3,000 Units and Expands into South Carolina

U.S. Residential Group LLC - a national full-service, fee-based multifamily management company - has been selected to manage 3,000 conventional and tax credit units located in South Carolina, Florida, Texas and California.

In South Carolina, an institutional real estate investment group chose U.S. Residential to manage two conventional communities in Columbia.  The assignment marks U.S. Residential's entry into the Palmetto State.
A diversified real estate investment group based in California tapped U.S. Residential to manage three recent acquisitions in Orlando, Florida and one in the DFW area of Texas.
Another California based real estate group just acquired a conventional property in the DFW area and selected USRG as their management company.
Lastly, we were engaged by two other clients to manage two properties in California.  One, a tax credit property located south of Fresno in Hanford, and the other was a new construction lease-up and management assignment for a conventional property located north of San Francisco in Santa Rosa.
