U.S. Residential Group Adds 2,100 Units; Enters Utah Market

U.S. Residential Group LLC - a national full-service, fee-based multifamily management company for conventional and affordable apartments - has been selected by seven ownership groups to manage their respective market-rate and affordable communities totaling over 2,100 units in Arizona, California, Florida, Texas, Utah and Virginia.

Three of the groups specialize in affordable housing communities through project-based section 8 and LIHTC programs.  Properties added are in Logan, Utah, Kingman, Arizona and in California in Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Santa Ana and Woodland (Sacramento).

In the Los Angeles area, a southern California university chose USRG to manage its apartment investment portfolio comprised of market-rate and affordable units.

A CMBS special servicer tapped USRG to manage a Richmond, Virginia property.

In Texas, a $19 billion investment adviser engaged USRG for the management of two if its Dallas area apartments.

Elsewhere, a NY-based private real estate investment group with over 10,000 units chose USRG to manage its acquisitions in Tampa and Orlando, Florida, and in the Dallas, Texas area.
