Collect, review and analyze various financial reports including balance sheet, income statement, and tenant rent roll data.
Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process.
Create and maintain complex property level models for wholly owned assets and cash distribution waterfalls for Joint Ventures.
Project and calculate actual fund and property performance.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling of property-level and fund-level cash flows.
Build and maintain internal asset valuation models.
Prepare asset disposition analyses to project property-level and fund-level internal rates of return and investment multiples.
Assist with investor project requests.
Update quarterly and annual institutional investor templates.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business including Fund Accounting, Investor Services and Asset Management.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Must have the ability to create ad hoc financial models and cash flow projections.
Ability to prepare and analyze detailed financial statements and information.
Fundamental understanding of quantitative financial metrics and terms regularly used in the real estate sector preferred.
Knowledge of Argus software is a plus.

Four year college degree from an accredited university in finance with a strong GPA required.
3-5 years of work experience in Finance or Real Estate preferred, but not required.
