SUMMARY

Assist with operating the Fund Management & Administration, including certain Investor Services and Investor Relations functions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for administrative duties for Head of Fund Management & Administration and the Head of Investor Relations, including scheduling, expense reports and phone coverage.
  • Assist with the preparation of capital call and distribution notices for C-III Investment Management (“C3IM”) investors in conjunction with Fund Accounting.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the C3IM funds investor portal protocols (naming conventions) and the ongoing implementation thereof.
  • Assist with the dissemination of confidential information to C3IM investors, such as quarterly and annual reporting packages and tax information.
  • Assist with event arrangements for the annual investor and advisory committee meetings.
  • Assist in preparing documents for execution including, investment documents, bank documents and lender documents.
  • Assist with the review of the completion of investor subscription documents.
  • Assist in the maintenance of C3IM fund investment documents.
  • Assist in the transition from acquisition to asset management functions.
  • Review and prepare the approval for fund expenses and expense reports as well as other fund invoices.
  • Maintain C3IM investor communication records in a manner consistent with the Chief Compliance Officer’s policies and procedures, such as numbering of private placement memoranda.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings and event arrangements, including those associated with prospective limited partner due diligence meetings.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be added as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS

Skills

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and design programs for graphics.
  • Good writing and grammar skills.
  • Conscientious with attention to detail.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and creativity and provide complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented and strong time management skills.

Experience   

  • Four (4) year college degree from an accredited university.
  • Some type of relevant experience a plus but not required.
