BASIC FUNCTION: 

 

  • Answering @help emails
  • Onboard all new NAI firms
  • Off board terminated firms
  • Member outreach
  • Update the NAI App

 

MAJOR DUTIES: 

  • Follow up with outstanding assignments out to members

  • Help write internal communications for onboarding process

  • Research new platforms we can bring to our members

  • Update Salesforce onboard tracking
  • Member anniversary tracking
  • NAI tools training
  • NAI help desk at events
  • Assist events team with special projects leading up to NAI events
  • Work with Manager to develop to processes to help make a better customer experience
  • Information calls to NAI professionals (events, incentives, surveys, etc.)
  • Coordination of calls and webinars for NAI councils and regions 
  • Help the Marketing and Communication Coordinator with collection of the information for marketing pieces (i.e. Fact sheets, market reports, etc.) 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:   

 

•           Bachelor degree

•           2 years or more experience. 

•           Organized  

•           Fluent in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
