C-III Investment Management funds focus on commercial real estate equity and debt investments with capital invested across five real estate debt funds, a real estate equity fund and a private REIT. The primary target investments for these funds include real estate equity, unrated and below investment grade commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), whole loans, B-notes and mezzanine debt.
C-III Investment Management is the collateral manager of three CDOs that collectively own $1.6 billion of real estate debt in the aggregate.
