C-III Commercial Mortgage LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners, is a full service commercial real estate lender providing both fixed and floating rate mortgage loans for all multifamily and commercial property types throughout the United States. We also provide mezzanine loans and other subordinate debt financing. Loans originated by C-III Commercial Mortgage have been sold to CMBS securitized transactions, issuers of Collateralized Debt Obligations managed by an affiliate and a proprietary debt fund managed by an affiliate.

In addition, we provide short term bridge loans secured by mortgages on conventional and affordable multifamily properties to be refinanced by loans sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA through Centerline Mortgage Capital, which is an agency lender in which an affiliate owns a substantial equity interest.
