C-III Asset Management is one of the largest CMBS Special Servicers in the United States. We are the named special servicer on CMBS and CDO trusts totaling over $152 billion in underlying loans with an active specially serviced portfolio of approximately $17 billion. As of May 2011 C-III has, in the aggregate, resolved over $5 billion of distressed and non-performing loans with an average loss severity of less than 20%.

Our staff has average industry experience of over 17 years and is one of the most seasoned loan workout staffs in the country with experience spanning all asset types, property types and loan structures. The experience of our staff and our parent company, C-III Capital Partners, provides unique resources and experience to resolve the most complex loan defaults through loan modifications, restructures or the ultimate sale of properties.
