We currently service approximately $20 billion in performing commercial real estate loans for third party institutions, CMBS, CDO’s and C-III originated commercial mortgages. C-III Asset Management is an approved Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac sub-servicer providing this service for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approved seller servicers.
Our staff has average industry experience of over 12 years specializing in payment processing, tax and insurance, reserve disbursements, investor reporting and default prevention with the ability to service all aspects of a loan from origination through pay-off. Our servicing portfolio spans the entire United States and encompasses all commercial property types, loan sizes and loan structures.
