C-III Asset Management LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners LLC, provides primary and special loan servicing for third party portfolio owners, CMBS trusts, CDOs, government agencies and C-III Capital Partners and its affiliates. C-III Asset Management is an established Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) Manager and Collateral Administrator.

C-III Asset Management is the named Special Servicer on over $152 billion in commercial real estate loans within over 100 CMBS and CDO trusts and the primary servicer for a portfolio of approximately $20 billion in performing loans.

C-III Asset Management is a highly rated loan servicer as evaluated and published by S&P and Fitch, carrying a "Strong" rating for special servicing and an "Above Average" rating for primary servicing from S&P as well as ratings of “CSS1” and “CPS2-”, respectively, from Fitch. C-III Asset Management also has the highest ranking from Morningstar for special servicers, "MOR CS1."
